Real problems. Real fixes.
I keep client names private. Here's what the work actually looked like.
Multi-location fire protection contractor
A family-owned contractor with offices in three states and a lot of hard-won knowledge spread across binders, PDFs and senior employees.
The problem
Training lived in binders, shared drives and people's heads. New hires learned by shadowing and calling the office with questions.
What I built
- An online training hub with role-based access for staff, managers and admins
- Dozens of training modules converted from their own SOPs and manuals
- Onboarding tracks and career-path sections by department
- Screen-recorded job-setup walkthroughs with narration, embedded in the hub
- An AI workflow so their team can turn a new document into a training module themselves
The result
One place to learn the job, maintained by their own team.
Private K-12 school and college
A communications team tracking media coverage, website traffic and reputation across two campuses.
The problem
Media coverage, web analytics and brand monitoring lived in separate tools. Reporting meant downloading exports and building charts by hand.
What I built
- One dashboard connecting Google Analytics and their media-monitoring platform
- A campus toggle and date filters across every view
- AI search monitoring that tracks how ChatGPT and Perplexity describe the school
- A custom report builder and a campaign link builder
The result
Leadership sees coverage and traffic in one place, without waiting on a manual report.
Marketing agency for home services companies
A small agency serving plumbers, remodelers and other home services contractors.
The problem
The agency needed better tools for its clients than off-the-shelf software provided, without adding staff.
What I built
- AI sales call scoring: calls are pulled in from the call-tracking platform, transcribed and scored, with coaching notes
- A client reporting dashboard pulling Google Analytics, Google Ads and Local Services Ads data
- Each client sees only their own data
The result
Tools the agency can offer every client, run by a team that didn't grow.
Home improvement franchise owner
An owner running two home improvement brands with no in-house marketing team.
The problem
Both brands needed steady blogs, social posts and lead capture, and the owner didn't have time to produce any of it.
What I built
- A content system that produces blog posts in batches, each with images and SEO details, ready to publish
- Social posts scheduled weeks ahead
- Cost calculator landing pages that capture leads
The result
Two brands publishing every week without the owner writing anything.
I run my own business on the same systems.
My inbox sorts itself before I open it. My content, reporting and client notes run on the same kinds of automations I build for clients. Everything I recommend, I've tested on myself first.
